Placed order on a Wednesday and paid £3.00 extra for next day delivery. By the 'close of play' the next day the parcel had not arrived. At 8.20 that evening Campus Gifts delivery partner phoned me to 'confirm' address! they would deliver next day, Friday! You've guessed it . . . . it didn't arrive! I emailed Campus on Saturday a) wanting a refund for 'next day' delivery and b) when would I now receive my goods? Response was a) we will refund you and b) cant tell you because delivery partner is closed on Saturday's! Will email me on Monday. A beaten up old parcel was received at 4.20 on Monday! Moral of story, change delivery partner. Ordering on line should make things easier!
