Missing item from parcel and a used item. Ordered a jelly cat that didn’t arrive in the parcel but I also recieved a set of dog training buttons that are covered in scratches and even already had a child’s voice recorded on it!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Good range of products, but sadly products have NOT been received. I reported that my products had not arrived two weeks ago and asked for replacements, fobbed off by Campus Gifts. Reported my products stull not arrived and asked for a refund last week, fobbed off again and told to wait until this week by Roby. Responses were within hours of each other at this point. This week when emailing, had no response regarding a refund, just had an automated reply saying they are dealing with a large volume of delivery queries and replies will take longer (because you have been fobbing everyone off for weeks probably and now it's all mounted up). Why use Royal Mail when they are having issues at the moment anyway! Once they have your money, customer service goes down the pan. Buy from somewhere else to avoid yourself the hassle!!!

Ordered and was sent back by Royal Mail . Can’t re order until they receive the parcel back so let’s hope they don’t sell out , been over a week now I’m £59 out of pocket . Big happy will not use again :-(

Hi, thank you for your review. As unfortunately the address that you entered on your order was incomplete and missing the property number, Royal Mail will return it to us. This was for a baby. No protective wrapping round the puppy, creased jellycat labels, just a tatty bit of torn tissue. Looked ready for the charity shop. Very disappointing.

Hello, thank you for your review. I am very sorry that you feel that we wasted your time. As explained, as our Jellycat is in short supply and high demand, most items are limited to 2 per customer, however, there are a few exceptions as some in very short supply are limited to 1 per customer. We try to be fair to all our customers to give everyone a chance to own some of the most popular designs. As you ordered 2 toast bags, limited to 1 per customer, we cancelled 1 from your order and refunded. Really disappointed with this company. The items I purchased where bought in good faith, including a special offer deal, which comprised of three items, an apron, oven gloves and tea towel, which was promoted on their website as a bundle deal. It was also described as the same on the confirmation invoice after purchase. There were confirmation emails, dispatch emails, all as expected. However, when the parcel arrived, only the apron was sent. When I queried this I was told I had only paid for the apron and there was an error with this item on their website. The bundle deal, was never actually a deal, it didn't exist! Surely this is false advertising? They have refused to honour the "on offer bundle deal" I bought. I feel really let down and disappointed. Apparently you can't believe what their website says, so don't necessarily expect to receive the items you have paid for, or for them to honour their side of the deal if they make an error! Really poor customer service given the circumstance. Why was I not contacted when the error was realised? Why did I have to ring you? Surely you should have made contact as soon as you realised your mistake?

Thank you for your review, i am very sorry that we were unable to send the Wrendale apron, tea towel and oven glove set to you, as ordered. As per our conversation, regrettably, there was a glitch in our system that prevented all the items from being sent as a set, and on this occasion, you were only charged for and only received the apron. As this was a technical issue, we were unaware that this had happened before you contacted us, we would, of course, have let you know before dispatching your order. We have now removed the bundle items from our Campus Gifts website to prevent this from happening again. As advised, we have emailed a pre-paid returns label to send the apron back to us if you wish. I can say the customer service and refund process is very efficient. However, the gift I ordered was awful, very tatty and dirty. This was a gift for a special birthday, I was so very disappointed, but they did respond positively and the refund in full was very quick without question.
