“As the parent of a child traveling on her first international trip, the staff at camps international did a brilliant job of reassuring me that my child would be safe and spared no detail regarding expectations, itinerary, etc. Sofia was incredible! She was literally accessible any time we needed her and I would recommend Camps Int’l trips as a trusted provider for experiential international learning.”

“As a kid who went on one of your trips I felt like it was everything it said it would be. It was a great trip and overall very enjoyable, for people who's kids did not like their trips, it's possible that they did not care or did not focus on the enjoyable parts. Hope this helped Thanks! :)”

“My both sons enjoyed a stay in Cambodia with Camp international. Each time was a great , adventurous and memorable experience . Kids are learning a lot about humanity , sharing and volunteering , it is fabulous experience to grow their maturity and sense of responsabilities. The priority is always the safety and Sophie is always a great support to organise the trip. My both sons keep so much great memories for the rest of their lifes. Highly recommended!”

“Our son had a wonderful time. Met local children and interacted with them. Helped in building a local village school bathroom. Went on a few sightseeing tours and saw amazing animals out in there natural wildlife. Our son had a wonderful time. As a parent I recommend each child if possible to take an adventure like our child has. Camps Intl is fantastic”

“Went to Kenya with Camps for a school trip in June. All the people involved with our trip were lovely and the people at Camp Tsavo were so welcoming... and great cooks! Amazing experience and amazing company. A trip I would highly recommend as it is so rewarding and an absolutely unforgettable experience.”

“I attended a trip from Camps International in 2015 co organized by my school Gems Modern Academy Dubai which was a trek in the Himalayas. It was one of the most fun trip i had ever been to and I still remember the names of the staff who accompanied us - Alex, Ryan and Chris - all from the UK. They taught us various techniques of snow walking and trekking which I still use today and they went a long way to make our trek in the Himalayas exciting and fun. They organized games and activities that lifted our spirits after a tiring trek day.”

“My daughter had a fantastic time in Kenya! She learned some new skills like deworming goats. She got to meet local school children and read to them and she met the fantastic Masai tribe. She also came back with souvenirs and singing Kenyan songs. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would recommend it for every student!”

“Camp Peru July 2018 We had just the best experience, made some great friends with other team members and all the camp staff were really kind and friendly and looked after us so well. It was amazing to work with locals and help contribute to real peoples’ lives, not just look from a distance. The projects we were taking part in also looked like they’d make a real difference. The trek was awesome to one of the great wonders of the world but all the camps we worked at were in breathtaking locations; sunrise over Lake Titicaca! I was nervous before I left to go to the other side of the planet but in the end I wanted it carry on much longer! Eye opening and life changing, I thoroughly recommend it.”

“I have just got back from a 2 week trip to Camp Muhaka in Kenya. The only problem i had with the trip was that I couldn't stay for longer! I had the most amazing experience, all thanks to the staff that worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect for us. The project work really made you feel like you were making a huge impact to the local community, and the weekend trips to the beach topped off the week perfectly. It was an unforgettable experience and I am so grateful for everyone who works for Camps for making it possible.”

“My recent expedition to Borneo was my second adventure with Camps International. You know as soon as you leave home that everything will be sorted and you don’t need to worry. All the team both in country and here in the UK go out of their way to make the whole experience as good as it can be. You always feel totally safe and cared for even in the most remote of locations. Nothing is too much for them to do. Everything is done to give you the most incredible insight in to the country, through learning the language, taking part in local traditional dancers, learning local crafts and spending time with the local children whose enthusiasm is always so infectious. I would always recommend Camps International to anyone wanting to go travelling but also to those who want to give something back in the process, all the projects benefit the local community directly giving them a hand up not a hand out. The students I have travelled with have been humbled by the experiences they have had appreciating life isn’t always about what you’ve got but what you can give. You are often taken out of your comfort zone especially on physical level but you learn so much about yourself that this just adds to the whole enjoyment of the Camps experience.”

Seeing their faces and the dawning recognition that there are people in the world that live, day to day with so little, yet are still so positive and have such wonderful aspirations, really is an eye opener for them. We couldn't make the differences we do, without people like yourself and your fantastic students.
