“I understand I am ordering from the UK, but honestly, it took so long to arrive that I had frankly given up on the product. Then after months, it did arrive, so that was a plus, I suppose.”

“Although the products arrived as ordered they took 5 weeks to arrive. I didn’t realise they were coming from the Uk as it didn’t state this at time of ordering. Because of this they arrived too late to give as Xmas presents. However I do understand that postage during the pandemic is hitting lots of problems but it would have been good to know they were coming from overseas when I thought I was ordering from an Australian website.”
