Haven't received a confirmation or a shipping email, no reply from online contact form. Poor service, will have to wait to see if I even receive the product as I live in New Zealand

I WASN'T SATISFY AT ALL, BECAUSE AFTER SHIPOMENT YOU DIDN'T CARE FOR FALLOW UP AND EVEN DIDN'T REPLY TO EMAIL WAS SENT FROM COSTOM OF CANADA, I RECEIVED MY ORDER THAT WAS URGENT AFTER AMOST A MONTH.

We completely understand your frustration, especially with the delay in shipping and our failure to respond to your email. Unfortunately, we had a technical issue at the time that prevented some customer emails from coming through, but this has since been resolved. Regarding the shipping delay, it seems that customs caused an unexpected hold-up, which extended the usual delivery time. We realise that doesn't change the fact that your order arrived late, and for that, we are truly sorry. Horrible delivery. Still didn’t get my order and required to pay around 60GBP more. For what?! My full order was around 100GBP

I cannot rate the product as I have not received the order yet, nor have I received any tracking information for the parcel even though I paid an extra fee for tracking.

I never received the product that I purchased. I am surprised that they emailed me to write a review when I haven’t even got the product that I bought 6 weeks ago!

I got charged for customs in Ireland of nearly 10 euro in total , including an admin fee from An Post , even though i paid VAT at the time i placed my order. An Post said Calissa never filled in the declaration on parcel that i had already paid this. So i will never order again from Calissa I tried to contact you via paypal to resolve the issue but got no satisfaction. Very unhappy Rose

I ordered their Denman brush back in January and I never got any emails or tracking information since. I wish they can contact me about this issue.
