“I WASN'T SATISFY AT ALL, BECAUSE AFTER SHIPOMENT YOU DIDN'T CARE FOR FALLOW UP AND EVEN DIDN'T REPLY TO EMAIL WAS SENT FROM COSTOM OF CANADA, I RECEIVED MY ORDER THAT WAS URGENT AFTER AMOST A MONTH.”

We completely understand your frustration, especially with the delay in shipping and our failure to respond to your email. Unfortunately, we had a technical issue at the time that prevented some customer emails from coming through, but this has since been resolved. Regarding the shipping delay, it seems that customs caused an unexpected hold-up, which extended the usual delivery time. We realise that doesn't change the fact that your order arrived late, and for that, we are truly sorry. “This review is for Rahua Creme Wax. I love this product and was elated that Calissa had it on sale. I love the hold it gives and that it is a clean product that works for my needs.
