“We have 2 Cadac BBQs. One for home (50) and one for our Motorhome(30). They are well made and easy to clean. We also have some of the accessories including the bbq mat, paella pan, soft soak and plancha plate. Everything works really well. The bbq mats are genius. Whovever thought of those should get a promotion. Best bbqs we've ever owned.”

“I absolutely love that you have an actual person on your customer help line. The lady I spoke to was so helpful, answered my questions and I managed to have a proper conversation. She understood my issue and was able to give me a very good explanation. It was so refreshing to have a human as a customer service rep instead of many other companies tht now have FAQs and Bots. I do think your manual could do with tweaking as the abiguity stemmed from.”

“Placed an order via the Cadac website, it was procesed and dipatched in good time. On the day of delivery I noticed on the carriers web site map that depite being correctly addressed to No.28 the location had been pinned next to 2B, (a mistake that often and easily happens). My wife contacted Cadac UK and the lady who dealt with it was really great, contacted the carrier for us and the item arrived without a problem, even had a laugh about it with the driver. Would definitely recommend and happily use Cadac UK again.”

“Ordered a second grill plate, part flat part raised, no drainage holes. Very good size for 2 people and as it doesn't drain into body of bbq it makes cleaning super easy. Cooks really well, definitely recommended. Mine was supposedly seconds/refurb but looked perfect and brand new. Only slight issue was DHL messed up delivery, stating one day but didn't deliver till next day. Quoted a time but delivered hours early, good job I was in as it was left visible on my door step. Overall very happy though. No”
