“Placed an order via the Cadac website, it was procesed and dipatched in good time. On the day of delivery I noticed on the carriers web site map that depite being correctly addressed to No.28 the location had been pinned next to 2B, (a mistake that often and easily happens). My wife contacted Cadac UK and the lady who dealt with it was really great, contacted the carrier for us and the item arrived without a problem, even had a laugh about it with the driver. Would definitely recommend and happily use Cadac UK again.”

“Ordered a second grill plate, part flat part raised, no drainage holes. Very good size for 2 people and as it doesn't drain into body of bbq it makes cleaning super easy. Cooks really well, definitely recommended. Mine was supposedly seconds/refurb but looked perfect and brand new. Only slight issue was DHL messed up delivery, stating one day but didn't deliver till next day. Quoted a time but delivered hours early, good job I was in as it was left visible on my door step. Overall very happy though. No”

“I was very impressed with the person I spoke to at CADAC. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to advise me about the equipment I needed to fit the butane cartridge to my Safari Chef barbecue and gave me the product numbers i needed. I was then able to easily order the items and they were delivered within three days. Excellent service, great product.”

Parts, regulators, hoses – all perfect match, fast delivery, no messing 🚚💨 Built for caravans, camping, or garden – tough, clever, easy clean. Turned me from “can’t cook” to “site BBQ hero”. Old kit? Now gathering dust in shame. Only downside: I spend way too much on accessories now… worth every penny! 💯🤣”
