Rubbish returns policy - you have to email them to find out what to do nd then pay for the return. I sent back a chef 30 as it couldn't be used with screw in bottles without an adapter (unclear from website). One week later and no confirmation of the return. Good products, If you can find the right one, but don't buy direct.

The product is a good one, but the sales service and after service is possibly the worst ive ever encountered. I've written to the support team about a problem with my order. Have an acknowledgement that someone will reply within 5 days. Nothing. I chased, again and acknowledged, but still no response. NOT GOOD AT ALL CADAC / DOMETIC

My order arrived damaged. Still waiting to hear back from Cadac but from past experience they are very slow at responding.

I have been sent the wrong product. I’ve written to you and sent photos by way of evidence. I received an automated response that advised of contact within 5 days. Having not received anything I have chased. Having received no reply I have been chased to provide a review! I was happy to wait until the matter was sorted before writing a review. But give this hasn’t been forthcoming I am left with no choice other than to provide 1 star. Not very pleased with the customer service at all.

I’m afraid I cannot review the item as I haven’t received it. A delivery was attempted last week but they wouldn’t leave it as no one in even though I spoke to driver on my ring doorbell. I was informed it would be dropped on 28.4.25 but it didn’t arrive. Informed when I contacted delivery company it would be delivered today as they had driver issues - still no delivery today !

Placed an order and only part of it was delivered. Still waiting g on the rest of the order which is well overdue. Wouldn't use thus company again

I think it’s unfair of me to rate it used it for the first time did what it said in the instructions and the pizzas were black underneath please give a bit of advice as the stones are not cheap many thanks

Item was delivered to an unsafe location and despite emailing Cadac customer line, no contact. Very upset and out of pocket. Poor

Purchased end July used 3 x now got error code unplugged and turned back on still not working emailed only to be told need to wait 6 days for reply as l am away from home on holiday this has really created a problem just needed a swifter response where I can take it for repair

Pizza dish arrived cracked. emailed and called customer services leaving voicemail asking for support to sort a replacement however have not received any response.
