Our Grillo chef combination came with a pot stand. It was packed away in the bag provided but when we got to our destination, one of the legs had bent and snapped off. We're on holiday so haven't been able to contact Cadac UK. The grill plate and paella pan clean easily, however the drip bowl doesn't. Everything sticks badly. The grill works well and everything cooked quickly and evenly

The Trio power oak seems well made and just what I needed however it does not connect to a Safari Chef 2 so is useless. Cadac doesn’t sell a suitable adapter nor reply to emails asking for help

I like the Cadac products, but so far am not super enamoured with the customer service The product I bought had a fault (it happens), and i contacted Cadac with a few days to resolve. and then contacted them again. And again. They took almost 2 weeks to come back to me. And when they did they sent me a return label and asked to me to send back the item for repair, specifying that items should be removed (meaning i could not use the original packaging) and that i would be liable for any loss or damage in transit... so in effect they're asking me to take responsibility for their issue. So that meant another call Overall, i think Cadac produce nice products, and they're good quality, but i dont think they know how to react when theres a problem

broken on arrival. Disappointed to report the pizza stone arrived broke so is unused. Outer box appeared insecure. Delivered by dhl. No response to email to Cadac yet. Said 6days. Currently 1day off week delivery. I imagine excluding weekends should hear soon.

We bought a cadac Braii electric BBQ. On unpacking the item the main body was broken pieces loose in box.photo attached. I have today emailed cadac re this matter
