“The Cadac BBQ arrived promptly and is excellent. When it arrived the fat pan had a couple of paint chips, Cadac sent a replacement straight away.”

“It's good to be able to shop directly from a manufacturer or distributor rather than on a marketplace platform such as Amazon, where one might expect the prices to be higher. As a caravan owner, I was pleased to understand a connection between Cadac and Dometic. We're already a big fan of the Cadac Citi Chef 40.”

“Bought a portable gas bbq it come minus the BBQ plate. Contacted help desk. Took a while to get a replacement sent out. Warranty dept were slow to deal with email contact. Rang the dept and was dealt with with courtesy and promptness. More efficient on the phone than on online. Overall good product”

“I had recently purchased a gas regulator hp/lp but by my mistake it was the wrong way round. I needed the covert or rather urgently and the added problem it was fast approaching the weekend and a bank holiday. However I emailed customer services and was delighted by their swift response both in reply and the swiftness of my refund after the return”

“I was excited to use my new Cadac stove as it had been highly recommended by friends of ours. The first time it was excellent and the kettle boiled quickly and the food cooked well. However after that, despite there being plenty of gas left, it was slow with little heat. Other campers with us had cheap stoves and we had to give our food to them as theirs were more efficient. The only resolution was to throw away half a can of gas and start a new one. Not happy having spent so much.”
