“I loved the cards 🃏 Ben had use to t for camping for the years and when my beach hut stove died I bought this one to replace it, It’s still a sturdy lovely stove, but I feel the hot plate and griddle are not as good as the previous version and feel very flimsy”

“The delivery was shocking. Gave me no notice of the delivery so I could not arrange a safe place. The parcel was left in the open for all to see. It was a rainy day and the package was soaking wet by the time I arrived home from work. The product looks great but not had chance to use it yet.”

“Your customer service person, Carol , was helpful after our parcel went missing and I made many phone calls and visits to shop where it had been taken to. No compensation !! But we still haven’t received the parcel yet so can’t comment. You need to use better couriers. Not APC.”

“Item probably ok, but not what we need, so haven't used it. We have emailed to ask how to return the item (as per their instructions) but as yet to receive any sort of reply after 7 days. I would have expected at least a reply saying they would look into it.”

“We actually need to contact you because the ignition switch on our Cadac Safari is not working and we would like to exchange for a new one, please? Please get in touch with us to arrange the return of the one we purchased. However, we’re on holiday for another week so it will need to be after the 26th 27th of June. Alistairdick120@gmail.com”

“Really excited about cooking on the Cadac but disappointed that we need to unscrew the hose every time on our Safari 30 - thought that buying a quick release hose would mean that it would always be simple to attach and detach. However, the legs won't fold in properly when the nut is left in place. We just know we'll lose the nut! Minor design fault perhaps? Could have bought a hose without QR and saved ourselves a tenner!”

“The trio gas canister pack works very well, if I have any complaints it was the fact that I saw it for sale in a caravan shop for significantly less than I paid for it on line. Take a look around your local caravan/motorhome dealer, camping shop before you buy online through Cadac directly. I could’ve saved near on £20 by buying locally 😥”

“One of the hinges was damaged on unpacking and they don’t seem very strong so not sure how long will last. Couldn’t send back as we needed it for that weekend. Struggled to get our cadaver lit due to wind but have tried since and ok.”

“Bit of a faff with online purchase. Ordered correctly a grill plate for 2cook2 but was sent one for 2cook3. eventually got sorted but courier lost parcel for a day so correct item arrived day later than advised. Customer service very helpful. Noticed non stick coating (black) on new grill plate was different to original (grey)so guess change was due to poor coating on original item which wasnreason i had to replace.”

“I was disappointed to find that the recycled item that I thought I had ordered was not what was delivered. I had to then buy a QR hose to get the functionality I needed. If you buy any of the Cadac recycled items, take a screen shot of the item description so you can prove what you ordered! However Cadac did respond to my order query quickly and give me the option to buy the extra hose. I ended up spending as much as I would have done on a brand new Trio Power Pak QR!”
