“I looked on amazon to buy some cables and they were going for £4 each which was crazy for 30cm & 2x RJ45 connectors. I looked on Cable monkey & found then for a 10th of the price. A clear website with an efficient service.”

“I ordered a reel of cable, and unfortunately it was mis labelled. I got in touch and a replacement was sent out and arrived the next day, it too was mis labelled but customer service checked stock and sent the correct cable which arrived the next day. Mistakes happen, things get mis labelled, it’s not always the mistakes that are made that defines a company, but the way people deal with them that make customer service great. Only 4 stars as there was a mix up in the first instance, but customer service, polite and professional people made it all good in the end.”

“Great customer experience as always. Very helpful and knowledgeable telephone support prior to ordering and fast delivery (which is nice to see as I find many suppliers are using Covid to not even post items in a timely manner) of 20m external ethernet cable for a wireless access point and also some long internal ethernet cables. External one works fine and though I've not tried the internal ones, I've purchased from Cable Monkeys in the past so assume they will work as it should. Much appreciated and would happily recommend.”
