“Generally happy, however FedEx missed a next-day delivery delaying my job by a day costing me time and money to sort out. Cablemonkey asked me to contact FedEx to arrange compensation. Should not be a customer's responsibility to do this. Deliveries need to be reliable.”

“Was a quick and efficient service but not 100% sure on product description. I’m not particularly knowledgeable on phone plugs but my impression was that an RJ11 was a small plug which I wanted to fit into my hub for internet, it was so a bt socket could then be connected to that I pull use the phone through my hub, anyway when it arrived they were both big clips so would not fit As such a reasonable price it wasn’t worth sending back.”

“Whilst moving offices we found some damage to our phone lines and of course panic ensued! After a quick google search we found Cable Monkey and gave them a call. All it took was one quick chat to technical to confirm the parts we needed (we have 2 lines, adsl on one and an auxiliary line on the other) and we were able to place the order thru the website which could not have been easier. The parts were ready and waiting for us 45 mins later when we arrived to collect. Fast, efficient, helpful and competitive on prices!”
