“Excellent service even during the pandemic; received my order much faster than I expected but an item was damaged; spoke to Aimee at Cable Monkey and she promptly sent out a replacement without hesitation and it too arrived very quickly. Cannot fault - very good customer experience and service.”

“Once I found this website after searching on Amazon & eBay I was so glad I did as it was so much easier to find what I was after with the variety of options available. The cable was at an excellent price and the quality is very good. My only slight issue was I paid for the super saver delivery option and that couple with the Waster weekend meant I had to wait 8 days for it so next time I order from them I’ll pay for the quicker delivery if there is a bank holiday weekend due.”

“I purchased a lead from cable monkey on the 7/4/20. For a message to say would be delivered on the 9/4. Paid for next day delivery, over £7. Week after purchase still no sign. Rang to ask. They said they would send another. 10 days after purchase still no sign. Rang again, repeated what was said two days earlier. I understand we’re going through uncertain times. But should not off next day delivery if they can not keep to it. Still awaiting my purchase.”

“I ordered 40m cat6 cable from cablemonkey and they asked me to review: It's a top-quality product and was delivered quickly with great comms. I'm not a pro, just a consumer, but from my experience in buying cheap cables; Possibly take a punt on 2m cables but if it's a long run and you are tacking it to the wall then you need your bumps felt if you go for the cheapo stuff, hoping it will be ok. There are some things it's not worth cheaping out on. I'm happy and would have no trouble ordering again.”
