“We have been using Cable Monkey for several years and bought a fair amount of pre-terminated fibre and accessories. I have recently bought some bulk fibre for a project and tried to contact you to get some advice on the purchase of a fusion splicer. Despite numerous phone calls and promises of a callback, no one bothered to come back to me. A little disappointing as I was looking to spend £2 to £5k on equipment and training. Maybe my purchase was too small to bother with? I have now gone elsewhere for the splicer.”

“A helpful conversation was broken by a pause whilst expert guidance was sought and then code for the product that was recommended was given. Order placed and delivered the following day. I was puzzled to then be recommnend to open an account to track the order. However since the order was placed before the account was opened no information was available.”

“Excellent all-around experience. I wanted a network switch to connect to my hub. I didn't want a massive cable so I was able to order a 0.3metre length cable, perfect. Will definitely use them again and I have no problem recommending cable monkey to my friends and family.”
