“I was very happy with the product. However I was far less satisfied with the choice of courier. FedEx let me down. Having paid for next day delivery they made seemingly no attempt to try and deliver to a neighbour when I was out: There is always someone obviously home and Amazon NEVER fails to find someone in. Then instead of arranging another delivery I opted to have it sent to a drop off location. They did this to my local shop. However this was then through Collect Plus and I never received a code, barcode, or any instructions for how to collect. I had to make three visits to the shop, who only deal with Collect Plus and not FedEx, to plead with them to accept my driving licence, my FedEx documentation which matched the parcel, and a signed statement with my phone number on so they could come back to me before they’d finally let it go. Choose another postal firm please Cable Monkey and it will be five stars next time!”

“Delivers as expects really well, reliable and good value. However, there is an excess of plastic used, each cable individually wrapped. Beginning to look a little out of step with the current world.”

“Delivery was quick - but I ordered 3 pair cable and received 4 pair cable. An extra pair for free you might say - but I can tell you that fitting 4 pair cable under the edge of a fitted carpet is nothing like as easy as it would have been using 3 pair cable, so it wasn't appreciated.”
