“I had a very good initial discussion with Connectix about my cabling requirements. I then used Cable Monkey, a subsidiary of Connectix, to buy the recommended product. I had wanted Connectix cable but what arrived was Maxxam cable, despite this being shown against a Connectix specification sheet on the website. I was surprised by this and called Cable Monkey. I was told that Connectix do not make the spec of cable I wanted, so they had sent an equivalent. This equivalent can be bought cheaper elsewhere.”

“A lovely website to navigate. Reasonable prices. Decent delivery charges. And the customer service is second to none. I had a mistake on my order and sent them a note about it. Jennie phoned me directly to explain the issue and corrected it right there on the spot. Very polite and helpful. I wish all companies took customer service this seriously and with that friendly tone. We should all support companies with these ethics, so I'll be getting all my network orders from them going forward.”

“great quality and pricing, let down by the courier, DPD, who failed to deliver to a business address, twice, meaning we had to pick up from the local post office. Meanwhile we had two engineers on site unable to complete a network refresh for a client.”

“Order item from website which was easy and self intuitive. Although was able to select next day delivery, despite the website saying the particular item was 4-5 day lead time. I did receive a phone call explaining the next day delivery is from the date the item was ready to ship. Good follow up and i was thankful of this. Item arrived on time and in good order. Good quality rack from a good company.”
