“I've used cable monkey for home and work purposes and found them to be a pleasure to deal with every time. Customer service is personal, friendly and efficient - I had a problem with the courier with one package and it was dealt with admirably. The quality of even their most basic cables are very good. There's not a lot to really complain about!”

Hi Robert, I'm sorry your order didn't arrive when you expected. We had different opening times during the Christmas break (detailed at the top of each web page during Christmas). Your order was placed when we were closed and as a result it was processed the following day and delivered the following working day as requested. We do have a selection of faster timed deliveries if your order is urgent. Our budget range of USB cables are designed to meet the needs of most home users.
