“Superb service. Responded immediately to my email when I realised I'd ordered the wrong product and changed it for what I should have ordered in the first place. Not only that but they refunded the difference without being asked. Can recommend without hesitation.”

“The actual customer service and sakes experience was excellent. However, my order included 305m box of Cat5e external cable. The box that the cable was in was very flimsy and falling apart before I even used it. I had to tape the box up to stop if coming open. Also, when I first tried to pull the cable out of the box it was tangled up inside the box so I had to open the box and sort it all out - not very happy. The order also included quite a lot of patch leads. The leads were not packaged in any king of packet but instead, were all just bundled together in different lengths which I again had to untangle. I have never had either of the problems with you or any other supplier before. I will not be buying cable or patch leads from you in the future.”

“Great Service delivered on time. Good sturdy cable decent price. Threads easily through drill holes 20 metres run from up one side of the house through the loft and fed into back bedroom pc. So used exterior and interior locations. It's been two weeks since installation and all working well.”
