“I recently purchased a CCS 4000 outlet from Cable Monkey to connect up a domestic setup (internet and access point). The product arrived on time, and installation went smoothly. Unfortunately, after installation an intermittent fault was detected on the run to the AP. After troubleshooting all the components, it was narrowed down to the left half of the outlet - it would only support 100/10, instead of the gigabit it was supposed to support (which the right half did work for). Now, as anyone who has bought anything knows, these things happen. It's how the shop responds to it that speaks about their character. I'm pleased to say that I rang up Cable Monkey's support, spoke to them explaining the troubleshooting steps, and they replaced the faulty item quibble-free, shipping it out next day delivery. I have absolutely no problem recommending Cable Monkey in this instance, excellent service from them. And for those that were wondering, the new CCS 4000 performed as expected.”

“Needed to improve the broadband to the wife's lair, sorry home office. Exterior Cat 6 cable, face plates and a basic router, all well priced and dispatched promptly. APC courier, if you are bored you can track the driver on their app. All in all very happy with cable monkey :)”
