“Before purchasing I phoned for product advice. Your receptionist was a pleasure to talk to. She had a very high level of product and technical knowledge which guided me through my purchasing of an armoured cat 6 cable. As the purchase was split into two and only one was received I called again. The help from your receptionist again was exceptional and went to find out the delivery status which I was advised was for the same day. Three hours later the cable arrived. What a brilliant next-day delivery service and I consider exceptional staff. Thank you. I am now in the process of ordering internal cable for my new extension from you soon.”

“So thinking am bying 0.5 0f a metre It was actually 0.3 od a metre Which are really no good to string anything much together. Notbwhat i wanted sadly i have to double them up to get a usable length”

I placed my first order and made a mistake on one of the items I selected and Cable Monkey rectified after a quick phone call and sent me the correct item at no extra charge, and the package arrived the following day with no delivery charge and the quality of the items supplied is perfect.
