“HAVING USED THEM BEFORE THE SERVICE HAS AGAIN BEEN EXCELENT, ESPECIALLY THE STAFF THAT TAKE THE ORDERS. HE KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT I SHOULD HAVE TO HOPEFULLY COMPLETE THE WORK. I say this as I have had the ordered delivered, but I was in Hospital at the time. Now out and should be unpacking the 'bits' and hopefully using them in next day or so. “Bought fascia cladding boards. Arrived fairly promptly via courier. Boards were well packed but the courier had managed to damage 1 quite badly, presumably by dropping the package onto one end. Contacted C & A to let them know and they sent a replacement board f.o.c, with no fuss. Excellent people to deal with, and the product is good value”

“communication could be greatly improved, asked for products to be delivered by the end of the working week if not let me know I telephoned the next day only to be told the order was still being processed and they couldn't advise any further. I was then advised the day after some products were out of stock and this would therefore result in the delivery day not being able to be reached. I was then phoned on the delivery day to advise stocks were all now in however delivery took a further three days!”

Dear Mark Thank you for the review, we are not sure where the 5-7days comes from, your region is normally delivered within 10 working days for these extra large sheets 6M x 2.1M. It is normal that the drivers do call the previous day their deliveries for the following day, especially with sheets of this size. We are sorry you fell that the service did not live up to your expectations, but hope that your installation wen well and that you enjoy your roofing. If you need items in a much reduced time scale in future, please feel free to purchase the items over the counter. Yours C & A Building Plastics
