“The corrugated sheets are very good quality, they are much thicker and stronger than the ones you can get in the diy chains. The old ones had been up many years and discoloured, the new C & A ones are so bright and let the sunshine in. The delivery driver placed them inside as requested. Also the team that manages the delivery are very helpful. Overall very good. My only mistake was to read all the instructions early on but not make notes. On the day of the install i had to carry out some research trying to find the install docs. All online of course.”

“The item not only came nearly a week late, but it came in the incorrect colour as the colour that's detailed on their website, they don't sell... We were told that we'd have to pay £100.00 for the fact that THEY had made a mistake ! Dreadful service.”

Having been give such a low score it would be only right to clarify the points you raised. You stated your order was a week late when actually it was not and was delivered within the time scale quoted and shipped by the courier on the same day you purchased the items. You said the trims are the wrong colour, if you took the time to read the description you would see it states the colour varies from that shown due to the manufacturing process uses recycled material. The reason for this that it is a starter trim and hidden BEHIND the cladding boards so can not be seen therefore the colour does not matter. In the phone conversation you admitted you were not using the trim for what it was designed for. We informed you that you could return the item however you demanded we replace the trims immediately on a special same day courier. Sometimes we understand that we can not please everyone which is why you have the option to return the items you chose not to? We are sorry that you feel we have let you down on this occasion we would advise going forward you read the information and use the materials for the job intended then this types of problems will not happen.

“Twin wall polycarbonate was spot on top quality. Communication and advice before I ordered was excellent and very helpful. I was kept up to date with average delivery date (as it was a long distance delivery) then the driver rang me a couple of times on route to keep me informed about precise delivery time, unloaded my order and offered to help get it over a wall. Excellent service from start to finish thanks”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Web site was easy to use for ordering. The delivery driver (Gary) was really helpful, kept me informed of delivery time and helped carry the large sheets to where I needed them. Prices were very reasonable compared to local stores. “Ordered online with trepidation as to quality delivery etc. However ordered easily with help of online videos etc , goods dispatched very quickly and was kept informed of delivery day and time . Your driver Gary was first class in this respect also very helpful with delivering the goods ordered. Would recommend your company and service, whilst the delivery cost appeared expensive it was more than compensated by cost of materials.”
