“i purchased some polycarbonate sheets together with glazing bars and accessories to construct a carport.It is the 1st time that i have used this company but found both the service and quality of the items to be excellent. When i placed the order i omitted to order 2 items which was quickly spotted by Ebony in sales who rang me to double- check and i was able to correct my order before delivery. Their driver rang me the day before delivery which i appreciate very much. well done!”

“I phoned up to order some geocell 250mm pack of 4 white diamond wall panels and the sales guy was very pleasant and helpful. The whole process for taking my order and making a payment was really quick and simple. They sent me a email to confirm the order and said they would call myself or my customer 24 hrs before delivery which they did. They told me it would be delivered between 12 and 4 and turned up at 12 on the dot! The wall panels are very easy to cut and fit - and my customer liked them so much that she wants me to do the other bathroom in them as well. A great product from a professional company. Would highly recommend both the product and the company.”

“Product Code FP22412WH Product: 2mm PVC Sheet 2440mm x 1220mm (8ft x 4ft) Hygienic Wall Cladding White. Ordering was straightforward, Kept informed as to when the delivery would be made in 5days. Driver phoned to keep me up to date re date & time of delivery. Goods received in excellent condition. Would certainly buy from this supplier.”

“Absolutely first class company. Found them, using Google, to buy some clear plastic corrugated sheets. Looked at a few sites and they seemed the best. The ordering was easy, and straightforward.I live up in the N/E England , so thought that I would get a courier to deliver: no, the company delivered in person. I was kept informed all the way, and the driver was a star, couldn't recommend more highly! Will deal with again once weather improves- looking for something to build so can use their sheets! “I purchased polycarbonate sheeting through Matt who was most helpful. I had also intended purchasing aluminium glazing bar and had spoken to Darren about the suitability of the 50mm wide glazing bar to span between purlins ie no rafter support. He assured me that this was ok but in speaking with ariel plastics I discovered that they do a special aluminium section 60mm wide and ~70% more weight in the section than C&A Hawk product. I also discovered that in your catalogue it specifically says that your glazing bar must be supported so did find this a little disappointing. Also I was assured that the bituminous flashing was the market leading Evostic 'Flashband'. Not the case. Now, the supplied flashing might well be ok but it would have been better if was given the correct info at the time. Apart from these 2 niggles all was ok. The delivery driver was also v. good in that he had just driven down from Glasgow but had a happy disposition and was quite wiling to carry all of the goods into the garage or wherever.”

“I purchased 16mm multiwall polycarbonate to replace my existing sunroom roof. and 16mm triplewall polycarbonate, to replace corrugated plastic roof in alleyway. I also purchased necessary glazing bars, end caps flashband etc. Staff really helpful in ensuring I had all the correct items, and also when I rang to clarify a couple of things after receiving delivery. Everything went together as explained, and I have two new roofing sections, which look great. many thanks.”
