“Low service quality”

Dear Customer (as you requested to stay anonymous on the review) I have looked up your order for the 3.5M glazing bars recently that was purchased on the 19-06-2023 and we had to send on our own transport due to the recent collapse of the carrier firm Tuffnells that is widely reported in the news. This order was delivered on the 4th July on our own vehicle ensuring it arrived in one piece. We are sorry this delivery was outside ideal timescales, however we did manage to get them there as quickly as possible giving the unfolding unusual circumstances We carry a range of large materials that are not always available more locally, and logistics issues like this may cause delays, however we are normally in your area or weymouth every other week with our own vehicle for large items carriers just can not handle and this may be best for future planning of your jobs. We hope that the rest of the job went well with these two Avon 35/40mm glazing bars, although I notice there were not sheets or anything else on the order to accompany them. “Excellent company to deal with. Covering existing shed with Fortex double shiplap. Sent drawings and was advised what was needed. My ideas changed a few times but the team were all very helpful even advising I should spend a little more (on components I could use) to qualify for discount thus saving around £60. Delivery very quick and the driver, Gary, rang to let me know time of delivery. He was very helpful unloading and helping put order into my garage until I get around to do the job. Ordered one week delivered the next. Highly recommend this company.”

“Brilliant service from start to finish! I completed an email which identified the items I thought I needed but I was pleased to receive a phone call to advise me of accessories I omitted and my order was amended. Ordering was easy and precise! A specific delivery was organised and despite being in way to the north the delivery went perfectly. The driver was friendly and parked brilliantly in an awkward space - he helped beyond the call of duty to deliver exactly where we needed the items. With competitive prices and delivery costs C & A can't be faulted. Second time I've had a major delivery and again I'm delighted with the service from start to finish.”
