The delivery service was excellent .The only small problem I had was that 1 item was wrongly dispatched even though I ordered the correct part.The delivery driver sorted the problem out the next day and the correct part was received the following day. I would have no reservations about using C&A again.”

“The wrong item was sent and C&A refused to fulfill the order having acknowledged it was their error. It was only when I threatened legal action that the order was fulfilled. Good product, really poor customer service.”

Dear Mr Campion Thank you for the review, We are glad that you like the product and are sorry that you have had a bad experience. From the notes that are on the system I can see that the wrong colour was dispatched initially, and this reviews is from the reissued parts. We have identified a couple of the members of staff that you have had dealings with and those who picked the order, and will be holding interviews with them and remedial actions. Dear Mr Reader Thank you for this Review and the photo, I have quickly looked into this and can see that these items went on carrier for you. I am getting the dispatch notes pulled from the warehouse with the consignment number. Looking at the list of the materials I would anticipate that there would have been 2 bundles and it sounds like you have only received one if you only have half the number of boards.
