“all good but why do you supply those rubbish screws with the stainless steel fixings for corrugated plastic... rubbish... i forgot how bad they were from the last time i ordered themso did it again ... i bought mew screws just used the plastic bits”

“I purchased 6 mm solid polycarbonate, Vale Timber support glazing bars and all the bits that go with it for a timber frame patio cover. Service was good, however the glazing bar end caps leave a lot to be desired, I would suggest the manufacturer needs to design something a great deal better than what is supplied at present. The screws for the bars being stainless steel are too soft and many had to be replaced as the driver ended up wearing the philips head to the point where there was no grip. ( Even with new close fitting drivers) After a great deal of research, I couldn't find any suitable instructional video's on how to install these products, there is one on multi wall polycarbonate but nothing on solid. I would suggest this be rectified for the DIY customers. I hope this has been constructive.”

“I Would like to thank the driver for his excellent service and communication keeping me informed on timescales for the delivery. Product was good. Only issue was timescale but Covid will cause issues at present.”

“Been using C&A for a while now and found it is a good service, with helpful staff who can normally suggest good ideas. Don't like your delivery charges though, adds quite a cost to a purchase and often the items cant be got in a normal car.”

“From order to delivery, I was helped Craig organised what I needed, the delivery driver was a star, what I received didn't need altering, if there was a minor issue the screw size too large, I used my own smaller screws, bonus I now have larger screws in my collection”

“Cannot fault the products, nor the customer service. I spoke with two people on the phone, and one when picking up my products and everybody was very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be going back the next time I'm in need to fascia boards or similar.”
