“I am very happy with the customer service. After I have pressed "Pay", the invoice showed a completely different newspaper from the one I had ordered, probably a glitch in the system. It was sorted out immediately. I do think it was a little bit pricey, and it would be nice for a bigger presentation box so that a broadsheet needs only to be folded in half, as opposed to quarter size to fit the box, but overall I am very satisfied with your service.”
