“No where on the website does it say you get a section (4 pages). Very bad value for money. Lots of extras also when you get to checkout”

Sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your original 1943 Daily Mail newspaper, I can assure you that this newspaper is a full complete newspaper printed on that day. Due to the 2nd World War newsprint paper was strictly rationed up 1952 and therefore they were very limited on the pages they had available to print on which varied from day to day, sometimes as low as 4 pages in some case. I do have The TImes newspaper available if you like to exchange it?

“Having ordered from you several times in the past with great results, I am extremely disappointed that the recipient of my last order had to pay an extra fee for the delivery of his gift! I had already paid an extra £15 delivery costs and am embarrassed that he had to pay for something he didn't order!”

Hi Nicole I am a little confused to why you've given my negative feedback. it clearly states on my website for overseas despatches "The country you are sending to may charge a VAT fee for imports, by continuing with this order you accept all additional payments that may occur from the designated country."

Sorry you aren't happy with your Day You Were Born certificate, 21st May is a cross over day, and having looked more closely and depending which star sign site you look at it could either be Taurus or Gemini …. But the majority do say Taurus. I will send this information to the company that generate this information and let them investigate more thoroughly for you.

“You are told that you will receive a 'newspaper', which the images provided assure you is the case. And yet what you receive, in actual fact, are just two pges taped together. Therefore, what you take delivery of is 'PART' of a newspaper and not the entire publication, which the images of the The Times, with its multiple pages fails to indicate. To compound matters further still, the pages one receives aren't even newsworthy articles, comprising in the most part classified ads and not the news of the day, all bar one page. At no point are you told that you will be receiving just two sparse folios. If you are told you will receive a car and only get the doors, you can't call it a car. So, if you're happy driving some doors around then this is definitely the product for you. On the other hand, if what you seek is the car as one would imagine and is hinted at in the images then you'd best look elsewhere.”

Dear Charles, Thank you for your feedback, I did call you within a few hours of purchasing the newspaper to explain that when I went to retrieve the newspaper from my archive that it was very badly damaged not fit for sale, I did offer you an alternative which you declined so therefore I issued you an immediate refund and gave you an alternative number to call to try and locate your chosen newspaper. Sorry I couldn't be any more helpful
