Hi John Sorry to hear you had problems with your delivery, I have spoken to the post office and they confirm that all parcels were collected the same day. I then spoke to Royal Mail which they confirmed that however, it was delayed at Bristol Mail Centre for a week for which they can't explain why.... I can only apologies on behalf of Royal Mail but I am glad you've received it in Jersey ok.

“I received my newspaper on time. The seller answered my question very quickly. No problem. He's sorted out the lettering on the book , as I had gone over the amount of letters. The name I wanted was one letter too long. That was no trouble to the seller and it was sorted and I got the right name on.”
