“Do not under any circumstances try to speak to the owner. Very rude and no interest in my question at all. For many years I have ordered these papers by phone for all my Grandsons and Godsons . I really only wanted to thank him and ask if he knew how many I had ordered over the years. Basically the main problem was that the family run company had been computerised. I needed my last two papers which I brought online Would i recommend you to friends or family my answer is the same as your answer to my question a very abrupt rude disinterested NO.”

Hi Karen My system showed that you last placed an order was 2022 but anything before that I had no record due to a new system being implemented and I explained that the best way to place an order is via the website, which you seem to acknowledge and that was the end of the conversation.
