Was supposed to be scottish paper, but the paper that came was english paper. There was an option for scottish cert but didn't happen. Also there an option to send to receiver but the card for there anniversary was empty wasn't filled in at all even though they said they could deliver straight to receiver. Pretty poor for the total cost of the order, more time could have been spend ensuring the correct paper was chosen and card was filled in.

Hi Brian, Thank you for your review, I have checked your order, and you ordered The Sun newspaper which is an English newspaper (I don’t have many Scottish newspapers in my archives and those that I do clearly state the title i.e Scottish Daily Express etc) the Day You Were Born certificate was the Scottish version if you check the FA Cup winners it does state two Scottish teams. Also, with reference the birthday card there was no message on the order so it was left blank

Before I bought a gift for my sister, I phoned them with a question about postage and left a message on their answer phone. They never replied. When the newspaper arrived it had been put together with masking tape which isn’t attractive and wasn’t advertised as such. Bit disappointed, really. I really don’t feel like this company really cares.

Was rather expensive for such a small A4 laminated sheet. Could have contained far more information on the reverse side which might have made it more informative/enjoyable.

Nice presentation box and certificate, however I received just one page of a newspaper, thought it would be more than that.

Sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your original 1945 Daily Express newspaper, I can assure you that this newspaper is a full complete newspaper printed on that day. Due to the 2nd World War newsprint paper was strictly rationed up 1952 and therefore they were very limited on the pages they had available to print on which varied from day to day, sometimes as low as 4 pages in some case

The whole gift looked cheap and was basically a plastic folder with a photocopy in it... disappointing.

As i paid almost twenty pounds for next day delivery i was most disappointed to have to chase my own parcel from DPD , If i was running my own company I would be furious and certainly be chasing it for my client

Ordered an old copy of the times. The one that came was the London edition. If I had known this I wouldn’t have ordered it.

Dear Ben Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your original 1948 Times newspaper. The Times newspaper is printed in Fleet Street London and do not print regional editions. When the Editor instructs articles to be removed or changed significantly, the entire newspaper is reprinted and distributed across the UK, however if required changes occur late in the afternoon, it is not logistically feasible to distribute these newspapers national wide and subsequently the reprinted newspaper is only distributed from Fleet Street to the local London boroughs and the newspaper is sub-headed 'The Late London Edition' however, the articles within the newspapers are national/worldwide news items and I would like to assure you, your received newspaper is a national newspaper. I have tried to call you to discuss this situation but only been able to leave a message advising the above; if you would rather receive a newspaper without the sub-heading, please contact the office and I will endeavour to locate a copy.
