“I bought two newspapers for my parents' retirement of the day, month and year of when they first started working. They were absolutely thrilled to receive these two gems and couldn't believe their eyes. The staff were ever so helpful when I rang to ask them some queries. “A wonderful present for my 80 year old father in law - an original newspaper from his birth date. Lovely presentation and arrived quickly. Website was super easy to use too - I put in the date and as it was a Sunday, I was limited in terms of options (although I did get one!) but everything was explained clearly.”

“Really can't recommend more. I have bought three vintage newspapers which have all been so well received. They make such a unique and special gift. Paul at Bygone News could not have been more helpful to source the right dates for me and to search for a particular news article dating back to 1966. The quality and condition of each newspaper is exceptional considering their age. They make a fascinating read and I'm already looking for an excuse to buy another!”

“I ordered a newspaper for my nephews 16th birthday. When it arrived I mistakenly thought that they had sent me the wrong product, and to be honest when I called to complain and I left a message I was unnecessarily harsh. The business owner called me back within a few minutes. He very calmly and politely explained that they didnt sell the product I was expecting (a framed newspaper). He was indeed correct and it was my error, made out of doing too many things at one time! I made a mistake. I was a bit rude. But the owner was very gracious. The product was exactly as described and I would recommend them to others.”
