“I would have said very good but was disappointed that my Son’s name was not on the folder. When I telephoned this was not mentioned to me and I believed it to be part of the deal. My friend PAuline Gill who recommended you showed me the one she had for her husband which had his name engraved on the cover and I naturally thought the one I ordered would be the same.”

Dear Una Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your original 1946 Times newspaper. The Times newspaper is printed in Fleet Street London and do not print local editions. When the Editor instructs articles to be removed or changed significantly, the entire newspaper is reprinted and distributed across the UK, however if required changes occur late in the afternoon, it is not logistically feasible to distribute these newspapers national wide and subsequently the reprinted newspaper is only distributed from Fleet Street to the local London boroughs and the newspaper is sub-headed 'The Late London Edition' however, the articles within the newspapers are national/worldwide news items and I would like to assure you, your received newspaper is a national newspaper.

“Although, everything was there as stated , I feel a little bit disappointed and underwhelmed.. It was for my fathers 90th and just doesn't look much for the money . The box is flat like a pizza box and I was expecting a gift box, the cd and dvd just in a paper sleeve., and the newspaper consists of mainly adverts, with not even a front page headline. I was at least expecting a headline and some pictures for Dad . The very expensive paper was wrapped in a piece of tissue which was torn. And the certificate and events sheet were also dissapointing”

“Thank you the service was very quick, easy and the quality very good. I didn’t quite understand about the extra room for bottle and therefore have a blank space in the box. Good job I opened the present to look at the paper it would not have known this and would have been embarrassing as a present.”
