“Newspaper and certificate are exactly as advertised and arrived promptly. Despite saying 'leave in porch if out' as indicated on the order form, the parcel was taken to a local collection point so I had to go and get it. Why include a delivery option on the form if it is not followed?”

“I was very impressed with my your day remembered gift certificate… I ordered for my grandads 80th birthday… the only thing I was slightly disappointed in was the section about sport… I understand that my grandad was a war baby so a lot of events were not held but I think it would have been better to maybe remove that section and put other facts in as it didn’t look great having a list of all ‘not held’ apart from that I think it’s a great product and I will definitely use you again..”

“Fabulous apart from the delivery. Was expected to deliver on the 23rd and informed my father but then received an email later on that night saying that I had requested to change it which I hadn’t so was a bit annoyed. It was delivered the next evening instead and my father was over the moon with it so would definitely recommend!”
