“Incredibly good service from Byegone News. The newspaper I ordered for my Sister,s 80th Birthday arrived exactly as described, in a very well wrapped parcel , by special delivery 2 days after ordered it. The leather type folder with it,s embossed name of my sister was perfect , and very much appreciated . Thank you so much to the staff at Byebone News for ensuring everything was exactly what I ordered, even ringing me to make sure a message had not been duplicated I would thoroughly recommend your service to anybody.”

“Very prompt delivery, but quite expensive (the Guardian cost 5p in 1973 but it had ‘gone up’ to £50+ by 2023…..but it was a great present and in many ways showed how little has changed, politically, in the past 50yrs!”

Sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your original 1943 Daily Mail newspaper, I can assure you that this newspaper is a full complete newspaper printed on that day. Due to the 2nd World War newsprint paper was strictly rationed up 1952 and therefore they were very limited on the pages they had available to print on which varied from day to day, sometimes as low as 4 pages in some case. I do have The TImes newspaper available if you like to exchange it?

“Great service and arrived in super quick time. Just as described on their website and makes a great gift for that special person and occasion. On the expensive side though, especially now in 2023 in comparison to previous years when I bought for other relatives special birthdays. Overall a lovely special gift that I would recommend.”
