Security locking doors in a building with a receptions of and security guards items extreme. When carrying hot drinks from the kitchen, people struggle to use swipe cards to open doors. Some businesses within the building, leave their doors wide opened, other users have to put up with listening their discussions. There's a bin on the second floor toilet which has the pedal broken, opening only half way.

We are delighted with the service of the City Point Bristol offices. The facilities are excellent and the staff in the business centre (Stacey and Claire) are always really friendly, pleasant and efficient. First class - keep it up!

I have seen a decline in the quality of our office block in recent months/years. It was always manned 24hrs by security but this has been downgraded to night time only. The maintainance of the building has also been an issue since the council has become the landlord. It takes much longer to rectify issues that used to be sorted very efficiently. Our offices no longer have wifi, only lined Internet- this is an issue when working from iPads and phones. These are a few things that have declined over time. However, the staff have always been very good and are a credit to the company.

Excellent facilities, always clean and professional, perfect central location. Staff are always extremely helpful, continuously going beyond the call of duty to help us achieve success as a business. I couldn't recommend BE City Point more highly.

We left our previous premises due to the fact that we received poor service from our landlord. Being here has been a breath of fresh air! Lisa and her team really look after us. Obviously, the donut Friday initiative helps, but to be serious it just so nice when people care about the environment that you work in. Nothing is too much trouble and anything that goes wrong is sorted as soon as possible. We use the reception and switchboard service too. It's really helped with the volume of calls we receive and candidates coming in to see us, are always greeted with a welcoming smile.

Unfortunately the building does not have any natural air ventilation and if we open the window the fumes from six lanes of traffic enters the room, as well as the associated traffic noise. If some kind of vent/air filter(s) could be installed it would make a huge difference to our working day and probably health and work productivity. We are really pleased with every other aspect of working here, especially the helpful and friendly BE staff. Best regards, Stephen

men's toliets on l1 in Reading office need an overhaul often a bit dirty otherwise great service, good price and no major complaints thanks

We have been with BE Offices for over 3 years now, and the service and support has been absolutely outstanding. The offices are of great quality, all furniture is well built and solid. The staff cannot do enough for you and are second to none. If you are looking for office space then look no further than BE Office!

We are based at the Wembley offices and the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. They have made us very welcome since the day we arrived. As a charity that works to improve access for European disabled football fans, we naturally employ disabled people. BE Offices has ensured that our office space and its amenities are fully accessible and inclusive to our specific needs. We are very happy with the services provided, the friendly atmosphere and the warm welcome that is extended to our guests and clients. The manager on site is very good and the receptionist Autumn is super friendly and makes coming into work that much easier! I have to say although the facilities are not the best here in comparison but the friendly staff definitely make up for it.

I think the team here at Cheapside (Simona, Faye, Alex and Joe) all do an amazing job at looking after the clients. They are incredibly helpful and friendly and will always go the extra mile to make sure people are happy. The centre is always clean and tidy and runs very efficiently, we couldn't ask for anything else. Keep up the great work ladies, and Joe.

Business Environment offer competitively priced good quality serviced office solutions. We find that their simple and open pricing policy means that we have a good understanding of our operating costs, which isn't the case with many of their competitors.
