“BE offices make us happy as the offices are in a great location for our business, parking facilities are right next door and coffee/tea and kitchen facilities are provided. BE staff are always friendly, helpful, polite and professional at all times always willing to assist with our requests we cannot fault them - Great team!”

“Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff, great location and nice atmosphere within the building. Negative: Unfortunately seats provided are seriously uncomfortable. Frequently water pressure etc issues with the sinks in the toilets and dishwasher not put on long enough wash/high temperature to properly clean mugs & cutlery etc. All small points but easily improved on!”

“Until today we have been very satisfied with the service provided. Let it be the conditions of the meeting rooms (despite that booking them is pricey) and the provision of drinks and biscuits, the cleanliness of any facilities (kitchen, bathrooms) or the friendliness of staff (receptionist, Office Manager's suite, maintenance staff) - it is a pleasure to be located in a BE suite. Thank you.”

“The staff who work for BE offices are excellent. They are very responsive and are always available to assist or sort out issues within their control. However as a tenant it is extremely frustrating that we have been asking for our air-conditioning to be sorted out since October last year and so far nothing has ever been done.”

“All the staff (cleaners, reception, security, management) are very friendly, helpful and professional at all times. Great amenities. I am only extremely disappointed that the building will be demolished and we need to move as BE Offices Wembley has been perfect.”

“All issues are dealt with by Gina and Yulia within the building management's team. They are both friendly/approachable and either respond to any issue on the day and/or visit us as well. And provide frequent updates if there is a longer time scale to resolve. We also enjoyed the Friday Treats, the Easter Egg hunt and regular invites to meet up with other tenants.”

“Having had experience of Regus all I can say is how refreshing BE is - chalk and cheese. BE care and do not take clients for granted. Of course, all offices have issues but there is a pro- active attitude to try solve problems quickly. After two months we are still waiting for Regus to return our deposit - BE don't even ask for one! BE throw little extras in for nothing (decent tea and coffee, no mark up on postage), and, unlike other places we have known, do not charge a fortune for broadband - they throw a decent chunk in the price and extra Mbs do not break the bank.”

“Great staff, always kept clean and great perks. We were burned by a much larger serviced office provider before this. BE do what they say they are going to do and don't over promise. They also don't try to charge you at every opportunity.”

“Forced to sign a new contract yet again with increased rent of 5% for a tiny office, despite being promised last year there would be no increase after an outrageous increase. Now after renewing am told that unless I pay £55 per month for every client I received a letter for e.g. once a year HMRC sent me a letter an an accountant stating that my client needs to file a tax return. Now BE said if I don't pay £55 per month per client for all my clients they will send my post back to sender. This is the worst service provider ever. Would not recommend them to anything. The goalposts keep changing.”

For the record, you have been in occupation of our Business Centre in Wembley for the last 4 years and wanted to renew. You were not forced to sign a new licence. The increase in the licence fee is in accordance with market rates and at no point were you promised there would not be an increase. You are in breach of our rules and regulations in using the Centre as a registered office address for numerous companies and receiving post and other goods at the Centre on behalf of those companies and others which puts us at risk as we have not been able to carry out the necessary due diligence required by law on these companies. The goalposts have not moved. We continue to provide an excellent service to all of our occupiers at competitive rates. If you are not prepared to comply with these legal requirements, regrettably, you have to leave.
