Events, community, smiles and quality of service are the main areas I've benefitted from their services. As someone who gets in contact with them about office management admin/ certifications I can say they're always very helpful.

Great and friendly staff. Lovely events. The coffee machine on our floor is often with issues and doesn't make very good coffee. The plants in the common area have seen better days before the lady who tended to them left. I would love to see BE offices return to its former level of quality and attention to detail

From the first viewing on John and his team in MK have been the most welcoming, forthcoming and helpful partners and their commitment was paramount in our decision-making. No favour is too much, they are always available to find the best solution for us and support from small handyman jobs to infrastructure challenges. The only downside is the choice of kitchen supplies with machine break-downs and poor quality coffee, so we are looking forward to having the artisan coffee bar re-established in the atrium!

Sophie was excellent - going above and beyond the call of duty to secure our business, even while she was on holiday. She was always available via phone, text and email and tried her absolute best to find a solution to our requirements.

Very helpful staff, especially when planning the move into the offices and our IT needs. The solutions in place to cater for IT requirements are superb and make the transition to the new location very easy

The offices are well run and the staff helpful. Some of our employees would like to bring their dogs to work, maybe a consideration in the future!

The team on site are very good and helpful. The only reason not a Very good is that maintenance tasks often take place in office hours, PAT testing as an example which is a little annoying.

This Royal Exchange BE office is ideally located. THe setting is OK whitht he common parts properly maitnaited. The offcei itself is nice and bright with white furniture and big window. the basement meeting room lack day light (obviouly) atmosphere is firendly and there is everything one needs

The location is very good for us. They reception staff are helpful and friendly. I am happy enough with the office although the heating/cooling could be better. I like the approach that BE had in getting terms signed in the first place and the all inclusive nature of the licence fee. The matter I have not been happy with is the noise disturbance we have suffered from by darts being played in the neighbouring office and in particular the lack of response/communication from head office in relation to this problem.

Positive: Very friendly and helpful staff, great location and nice atmosphere within the building. Negative: Unfortunately seats provided are seriously uncomfortable. Frequently water pressure etc issues with the sinks in the toilets and dishwasher not put on long enough wash/high temperature to properly clean mugs & cutlery etc. All small points but easily improved on!

The BE team assisted our move into these offices on what was a very tight timetable from start to finish, were professional and helpful and resolved all issues on a timely basis. A very good effort.
