We had a great 5 years stay at BE Birmingham Great space, services and and sociable events Isabelle and Tammy were the best Massive thanks for all their help and hospitality!

Our office in Somerset House, Birmingham is an excellent and well serviced office space that I highly recommend. Tammy and the rest of the team are enthusiastic, attentive and very prompt. They understand that a well run space is imperative for good business and put their customers first. Our building has a well equipped gym and fab terrace. The well organised and regular events are instrumental for getting our team together. Thank you BE for providing such a fab space for us : )

BE Offices Birmingham is a brilliant serviced office space. The whole team at Somerset House, led by Tammy, are fantastic. Always super helpful and going above and beyond. Events that are held are always really well coordinated with lots of enthusiasm. Facilities are amazing and the team are always on hand to answer any questions and queries.

We currently work from the Westminster offices and have had no water for days. the onsite Manager is not in for start of the office hours for any updates. The only updates were the previous week to say sorry out of our control. Offices were unable to update staff ahead of Monday morning start if to attend the office at all. Bottled water is supplied but not enough. No updates from Head office even after stating this is a health & safety issue they were not interested.

On behalf of my colleagues, thank you for the wonderful service we received at BE Offices Barbican! The reception staff were always friendly and helpful at all times, lovely communal spaces and facilities which were kept exceptionally clean and most of all, we really appreciated the events which were a welcome break from our desks twice a month. Michelle did a wonderful job of entertaining us so please do pass on our thanks. Her colleague Julie was also on hand to help out on occasion and provide introductions which gave us a chance to socialise with others in the building. We were very sorry to leave but take some wonderful memories with us and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent office space in the City.

A really wonderful team here. Yasmine, Sabina and Georgia are key to the success of this building as part of the core team here and they are always friendly, helpful and supportive. They prepare frequent social events to ensure there is a sense community and many of their tenants have been here a very long time, which is testament to their goodwill. I have had some terrible experiences with previous office providers but have been lucky to find BeOffices. I cannot praise this organisation and its team highly enough. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for serviced office space.

Couldn't be happier with our Office at Victoria! First, the location is perfect as you will find both, Victoria and St James Park stations, within a 5/10 minutes walk. Also, the management team here at this Beoffice branch is great. A specific shout out to Nada and Maddie, always there to help and support. Definitely recommend working within one of their sites.

Couldn't be happier with our office at Headspace Farringdon. The building is great and we love the space! Gosia and the team are always super helpful and we feel very comfortable here... highly highly recommend!

We have been using BEOffices Paddington since May 2023 and it was exactly what we were looking for to provide a good location and working environment to our team. A very good experience from day 1 with the office management team. Common areas always impeccably clean.

The office space we hired in Southampton has been an absolute gem for our team! From the moment we stepped foot into the well-designed and modern workspace, we knew it was the perfect fit for our needs. The ambiance and layout foster a productive and collaborative environment, making it a pleasure to come to work every day. However, what truly sets this office space apart is the exceptional care and support provided by Molly and Dave. These two individuals go above and beyond to ensure our team is well cared for. They promptly address any of our needs, and always greet us with warm smiles and positive energy. I would highly recommend this office space.

We have been resident at 107 Cheapside since the firm was established in 2015 and can't see us moving. The staff have been reliable and flexible and the coffee is great. I've even heard of front of house staff being poached by tenants - which just shows the quality of people working for BE. Keep up the excellent work.

We have been in Somerset House in Birmingham for around 4 years now. Ben and his team have been great, always going the extra mile to help out in any Centre matters and creating a really enjoyable social environment. At the points of lease renewal, this has played a major factor in our decision to stay, appreciated by the whole Applause IT team.

I have been front of house and workplace coordinator for EY Southampton at Grosvenor House for over a year now, and in that time, the BE offices team have always above and beyond to provide the best bespoke service. Dave and Molly are both incredibly friendly and willing to help, and are never too busy to listen, aid or provide. Their work ethic and commitment is really top notch, and the events that they host for their facilitated offices are always highly anticipated, fantastic affairs! No task is too big or small for this team, helping to install new tech, redecorate and just ensure, as the brand name says, a Bespoke office that caters to all needs. Astounding!

The Team at Somerset House in Birmingham lead by Ben are fantastic, really helpful, friendly and approachable. They organize a lot of fun events on the lovely roof terrace on the 6th Floor and I can't fault their enthusiasm and commitment.
