Loved the offices at 150 Minories and the BE people there but since we had to vacate in January 2026 BE has not returned our deposits and owe us over £17,000. Despite numerous emails and phones calls, no response from anyone at BE. Very poor show and unprofessional from BE. Sadly, will have to resort to debt collection/legal action if not resolved very soon.

Old Street is a gem of shared space. It's walkable from London Liverpool Street Station, with stocked kitchen, showers, and nice roof terrace. The team are doing their best to spruce up the routine with events and drinks. Many thanks for upgrading the coffee game!

I am a service user at the Victoria branch and honestly the experience has been really good from the start. The team have always been welcoming, professional and quick to help whenever needed. Stefana and Danny are great - Customer service is one of the main reasons I stayed with BE Offices, as they actually make you feel looked after instead of just another customer. The office space is clean, well managed and creates a good working environment. The staff are approachable, communication is clear and any issues or requests are handled quickly. The location is also very convenient which makes a big difference day to day. Price wise, I think the service and support you receive matches the value well. Everything has been straightforward and professional throughout my time here. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience with the Victoria branch and would recommend it to businesses or individuals looking for a reliable office space.

The Team at BE Victoria is a lovely group and are always going above and beyond to ensure all our needs are met at the office. They plan great events on a regular basis and the effort put into these is so appreciated. Not to mention the building is always in great shape, clean, tidy, and welcoming. Thank you Team!

The team at BE has been extremely helpful with making bookings. They are always quick to reply and make accommodations for my team and me. We recently used one of their meeting rooms for a team discussion and lunch, which was excellent.

We have settled in so well at the Whitechapel Building! The customer service from the BE office team has been absolutely brilliant; helping us get moved in really quickly, supporting us with our room layout, tech requirements and answering our endless questions! They are always so friendly and on hand to help with anything! We are very very happy with our new home!

Since moving from The Minories building we have more interaction with the staff as we are all on the same floor. They were really friendly and helpful in the Minories but more so here in the Whitechapel Building. They are very approachable and very helpful and kind. They made the move over very easy and stress free for us which was a bonus. Any thing we needed for our new office was provided quickly. I could not fault the staff here in any way. The new premises are very modern and very well kept, very clean. I would give the staff here 12 out of 10 excellent customer service provided.

The BE team at Merchant Square are great at what they do; professional, friendly and always available to assist. We recently moved into an office with them and they went above and beyond to make the space suitable for our requirements and resolve any issues that cropped up. The Birmingham office is such a great environment to work in. The staff are so helpful and friendly! Any issues are resolved quickly and the social events are great! Pancake day and afternoon tea were amazing! The facilities are so nice and the little details like the Tuesday treat trolley and coffee syrups make all the difference!

Yasmine and Sabina always make us feel at home. Since we arrived at the BE offices in September 2023 they have been so accommodating, friendly and warm. Everyone at Nextec values their hospitality. They have helped us with all of our office moves, we have moved 3 times since we have been with BE Offices and are always helpful when we have queries and need help with hosting our clients.

Yasmine and Sabina at the BE offices reception in Garrett Street are genuinely fantastic! Always friendly, proactive, and understanding, they go out of their way to help and somehow manage to lift the mood the moment you walk in the reception. Their warmth and joy are so energising! Alongside Michelle, they do an excellent job promoting BE community events and creating a welcoming, connected atmosphere. This is our second office with them and, thanks to them, it truly feels like a community, not just a workspace.

This is our second office with BE Offices after moving from our original site, and the experience has been excellent. Yasmine and Sabina are brilliant, always helpful, responsive, and on top of everything. They do a great job maintaining the office and supporting us with whatever we need, especially when it comes to helping our staff with accessible requirements.
