The decision to choose Business Environment (Minories) was and continues to be one of the most decisive and successful decision we ever made as a business. That decision has undoubtedly been the major contributor to the overall growth of our business to date.

I think the team here at Cheapside (Simona, Faye, Alex and Joe) all do an amazing job at looking after the clients. They are incredibly helpful and friendly and will always go the extra mile to make sure people are happy. The centre is always clean and tidy and runs very efficiently, we couldn't ask for anything else. Keep up the great work ladies, and Joe.

Business Environment offer competitively priced good quality serviced office solutions. We find that their simple and open pricing policy means that we have a good understanding of our operating costs, which isn't the case with many of their competitors.

What we love about Business Environment here at Royal Exchange Avenue: (1) The friendly, thoughtful staff especially Theresa (Asst. Manager) and Joelly (Reception) (2) A sense of a family-run endeavour, with communal events such as celebrating the tennis match, or Christmas events etc. What we wish to be improved on: (1) The display screen on the doors often not working and is handled by faceless IT people we never meet or hear from. (2) The automatic flusher often malfunctioning in the men's toilet near the BE Fit Gym. (3) The visible mould patch that remains growing in the men's loo in the basement opposite the staircase Suggestions for improvement: (1) How about having an online form for BE customers to fill in when there are repairs etc. to be done? That way, both the customer and manager have written documents on reports and repairs in the building (2) How about a communal notice board in the building, to encourage business within the building to network and perhaps build mutually beneficial work together?

Lovely and polite staff, the location is good and the management of the office is excellent. However would appreciate, if there would be shredding service or machine available for the customers of Business Environment.

The James Tudor Foundation has been a client of Business Environment since late 2005. We are located at the WestPoint building in Bristol. The Foundation has always received excellent customer service and support from the BEG staff at WestPoint who are always helpful, calm and good fun to work with.

The meeting rooms in Reading are decent, certainly adequate for a conference lasting a couple of hours. The office location in Market Place is good. Price seems to be higher than average.

I was trying to use a meeting room at very short notice, I was successful and very pleased at the time. Slightly disappointed to find out that the price of the meeting room in Reading was more expensive than other serviced offices in the area.

BE Environment provide a Virtual Office package that is competitive in pricing and sufficiently modular to meet my requirements. BE Environment staff are very friendly and helpful. I have used BE Environment for a year now and look forward to another good year with them.

We love our office at Minories. The offices are well appointed and the kitchens and toilets are always well supplied and clean. The atmosphere is made by the staff who are always willing to help out where they can. The staff are always friendly, polite and knowledgeable and make 150 Minories a lovely place to be.

We have been a client in various forms for about 8 years and have always been impressed with the levels of service and support we have received from everyone at our centre in Reading. We also find the packaged price that is offered by BE to be much more attractive than other Serviced Solutions.

Business Environment have provided the perfect platform for our business to go from strength to strength. Customer service is exceptional and we really appreciate the helpful and friendly staff. Alongside this, any issues are dealt with almost immediately which means that we can crack on, uninterrupted, with our work.

Having over the years used two other providers it is refreshing to deal with people who do what they say they will and look for ways to help rather than ways to charge extra.

I really enjoy coming to my office at 45 Beech Street. The receptionist and security staff are always cheerful and welcoming, the office building is well heated (or well cooled in summer) and all the public spaces are well lit, very clean and smart. The administration team is excellent, led by Yasmine Shah, the Centre Manager, and they are always keen to assist and prompt to deliver any administrative service requested. I love my own office with plenty of space, windows and light, and a nearby well stocked communal kitchen for the morning or afternoon cup of tea. I enjoy being near Barbican, Farringdon and St Paul's and the nearby tube station for any travel. I found Business Environment and the offices at Beech Street by chance - I am very glad that I did.
