My entire interaction with BE has been amazing. The team in Birmingham are focused on delivering excellent customer service with a very professional working environment. This was backed up by Sales manager, Sophie, who was very polite, very friendly and a real pleasure to deal with - i have no idea how anybody can be that enthusiastic all of the time. if you're looking for serviced space in Birmingham, i don't think you'll do better than BE offices

The contact made was efficient, friendly and most importantly every commitment and appointment that was arranged was kept which was not our experience with other serviced office providers.

Since the initial approach to BE Offices the experience has only ever been positive. Very professional and helpful throughout our move to Milton Keynes. I would highly recommend BE Offices.

Highly recommended. The customer service from everyone in the Milton Keynes building and HQ was amazing - always going the extra mile. Moving in was seamless and all of our 65 staff were pampered during our stay. BE Offices are ahead of their competitors and offer good market value. IT, broadband and telephone connectivity all worked perfectly.

Sophie was extremely helpful during the process of finding new office space. She responded to questions promptly and coherently and nothing was a problem for her. She also organised a number of viewings and came up with different seating plan arrangements for the office space so we were able to envisage what would work best for our company.

Sophie was excellent - going above and beyond the call of duty to secure our business, even while she was on holiday. She was always available via phone, text and email and tried her absolute best to find a solution to our requirements.

Just a quick note to say many thanks for the support you and your staff have provided our team during their stay out your office, always going the extra mile to make their time their enjoyable. For me the transition into and out of a your office is fundamental to ensure minimum disruption to our staff and therefore clients and in this case both was seamless. I can clearly see why BE Office is considered top in the industry in terms of service.

Very helpful staff, especially when planning the move into the offices and our IT needs. The solutions in place to cater for IT requirements are superb and make the transition to the new location very easy

I've only just started working with BE and they have been fantastic from day one. My initial impression was excellent (their offices, well my new offices are exceptional), but after meeting Ben then dealing with Sophie I have been very very impressed. I would strongly recommend BeOffices, not just because of their beautiful offices but also because of their professional staff.

I was responsible for dealing with the set-up formalities to establish our new office with the BE Offices/Headspace team. My experience working with both Victoria Gillet and Ben Taylor-Cohen were fantastic! Both were super-responsive, super-helpful and informative and super-keen to accommodate all of our requests in a speedy fashion. They both made the whole process so fluid and swift. And my colleagues were able to move-in and establish themselves with ease. Super customer support from Victoria and Ben!

Maximus moved into the BE Offices in Milton Keynes a year ago . Unfortunately we have had to relocate . I can honestly say this is the best services offices I have worked in . The Management and staff have always been friendly , helpful and supportive , nothing is to much trouble . The facilities are kept extremely clean and tidy . I would recommend any company looking for serviced offices to use BE Offices .

We were a tenant at BE Offices at Barbican from Feb 2018 to Feb 2019. Overall, my experience with BE Offices has been very positive and I would like to extend a big thank you to Yasmine and the admin team. From initial viewing through our final exit, they have been welcoming, super helpful in all areas and are an massive asset to BE Offices. We wish them all the best for the future.

We have be talking to BE Offices, Sophie Greenberg and she has been most helpful and always happy on the phone. She has given us a great and quick service the whole way through. We highly recommend BE Offices and if your booking then ask for Sophie Greenberg. Top girl..!!

We have been very impressed with the customer service provided by Sophie and Ben in the Birmingham office. With the vast array of choice and decisions to be made involved in moving, they have made this decision making a simple matter and we are looking forward to moving into their aspirational work space a little later this year.

Sophie in Sales and Ben (the B'ham site manager) have been uber welcoming and helpful in dealing with our requirement. As it stands we look to have secured a really nice space in a fab new building and on the terms we were looking for.
