Founded with mullets and a mission by students in the 60's, BUNAC has been running its legendary Summer Camp USA program since 1972. From coaching soccer to teaching crafts - it’s the chance to turn your passion into a paid job, impact the lives of children and young people, and spend the summer living in epic locations with the best 18-30s you’ve ever met. And because 5% of profits go to our Youth Access Scholarship Fund, you can travel happy knowing that BUNAC works for others too.

“For being my first time dealing with an agency, Bunac (especially Cara) have been amazing!!! Cara has explained everything I needed to know and has responded super fast! She is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful! The process has been stress free and can’t thank Cara enough for all her help!!”

“After studying and volunteering abroad with my university, I wanted to work overseas; BUNAC were my university partners and I couldn't have asked for better guidance in undertaking a season in the US as a summer camp photographer. It was thorough, engaging and reliable from the beginning. I knew I could trust BUNAC to answer all of the questions I sent them or point me in the direction of someone who could, particularly due to their lightning fast response times (shout out to Niall and Amy for fielding these emails). I never had to chase them up. Ever. It was fabulous. So much so, I've decided to do another season with them and my camp again next year. If BUNAC happen to partner with your university, choose them. You won't regret it. Also, I travelled America for 20 days after the camp season concluded... and it's as good as advertised. Go!”

“BUNAC has been amazing! Super quick replies whenever I have a question or inquiry. Everyone has been super lovely and I really appreciate Amy and Courtney’s help especially! I have recommended BUNAC to lots of people, and really believe it’s a great choice for a Summer Camp agency.”

“I have had an incredibly positive experience with BUNAC. From the very start to date they have been there for me at every step of the way. I have been mentored by Amy who is so lovely. She has answered every single question, (and I’ve asked a lot), really promptly, and always made me feel able to ask anything. This has really helped me, because when I started this process, I was pretty nervous. But she has been so supportive at each stage. Now I’m booked into the camp of my dreams and I couldn’t be more excited!! Thank you Amy! Thank you BUNAC!”

“Have had a brilliant experience with BUNAC so far. We are at the beginning of our journey, researching the possibility of my son working as a camp counsellor next summer. There are a number of companies out there, but BUNAC offered the opportunity to communicate directly with someone which I’ve welcomed. Heather has answered my questions promptly and comprehensively. I feel reassured that we would probably get a similar level of service if my son were to choose BUNAC to sign up with .”

“Not usually one for making reviews but I have to say bunac are truly amazing. They made this whole process so simple and easy! After doing my research on which agency to go with I had to go with bunac after looking at at the reviews and seeing that they also pay great it was a win win. They keep in touch during the whole process, they sent me some free merch to my camp whilst I was out there and dealt with any issues behind the scenes. BUNAC are fantastic!”
