About BUNAC:

Founded with mullets and a mission by students in the 60's, BUNAC has been running its legendary Summer Camp USA program since 1972. From coaching soccer to teaching crafts - it’s the chance to turn your passion into a paid job, impact the lives of children and young people, and spend the summer living in epic locations with the best 18-30s you’ve ever met. And because 5% of profits go to our Youth Access Scholarship Fund, you can travel happy knowing that BUNAC works for others too.

“Ellie Jackson was instrumental in helping me with my potential gap year ski season. She scheduled a video call with me to discuss everything including the working holiday visas. In addition, there was a handy follow-up email which is much appreciated.”

“Bunac was great at helping me sort out all of my admin for getting to New Zealand. They supported us every step of the way and it was great arriving into a group where we had the opportunity to bond. This eased my nerves for arriving greatly. Sharyn the group leader was amazing, going above and beyond to help everyone and always so friendly and approachable.”

“I used BUNAC a few years ago. I wanted to move to London and am still here 3 years later thanks to BUNAC who helped me get a foot in the door for a marketing career in London. Moving abroad is scary, but BUNAC helped me along every step and were very patient with me. I am so thankful for this program and the people working for this company who helped make my dream of moving to London a reality. Thank you, BUNAC!!”

“I booked the work and travel program in New Zealand over Bunac and I am really happy with their service and help. Sharyn High and the rest of the team are super kind and are always willing to help you with whatever problem you might have. I immediately felt comfortable around them and could start planning my journey around the country. I would certainly recommend it to book over Bunac, they’ll be a great help in the beginning and will continue to help you through out the whole time your here.”

“I’m so glad I decided to use bunac. It gave me reassurance and calmed my nerves before I arrived. It was great being put into a group when first arriving so I got a chance to make friends. Sharyn (divisional manager) was amazing, going above and beyond to help us sort out all the admin issues and ensure we all had fun doing it!”

“Honestly I cannot rave about BUNAC enough. The experience I received was second to none and I'm already in the process of applying for my second visa for this upcoming summer!! I always has contact in my application period, and even when I was at camp, any question asked was answered quite often the same day, taking the stress off my back. The chance I got to work at the most beautiful camp, and meet some amazing people, all during my first time in America was madness, even travelling from new York to LA!! I cannot wait for next summer!”

“Ellie was fantastic! After writing an email at first with some general enquiries, I decided to book a video meeting with Ellie to dive deeper into the Work Australia programme. Ellie was able to answer every question I had and filled me with a lot more confidence to take the leap of faith and start my journey down under. If you are still not sure about whether or not to start your journey, I'd highly recommend booking a video meeting with one of the staff as they will be able to answer any enquiries you have. I'm now in the process of realising my dream to move to Australia and if I can do it, then anyone can!”
