“A very stressful time for us as my Mother was living 50 miles away from us and we had lost my dad and needed Mum to be near us as she’s not getting any younger sadly.
We used general estate agents to try and get mums flat sold asap. This was a very long process with very little communication and not many responses for people to come and view the property.
Mum had a leaflet about British Home Buyers and we were a bit skeptical at first as not heard about them.
This was the best decision we ever made. Robert Love dealt with our sale from start to finish as was so very patient with us as I had to deal with all the communication as my Mum is deaf. Due to my working hours I’m not able to use my phone but Robert was fantastic and would leave messages for me to respond to.
