“We have been happy with the service British Homebuyers have provided, their only downfall is that the sale took longer than we were originally expecting, just over 2 weeks. Other than that you have been nothing but great, you did what you said you were going to do and have been very clear through every stage. We both dealt with William who we have nothing but good things to say about, he's incredibly knowledgable, prompt with replying to our emails and calls, and an generally absolute asset to your team, please send him our regards. We appreciate that the purchase of your flat took longer than usual, this was due to delays caused by a third party freehold management company and the speed at which they returned essential leasehold information about your flat. This is a rare issue that affects only leasehold properties. If your property was a freehold property, you would not experienced these same delays. Hope that clears things up! “British Homebuyers just exchanged on my home this morning, with completion set for Monday. The whole process has taken about 10 days which I'm very happy with. The people I have been speaking to are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to a friend if they needed this service.”

“After approaching so many different companies offering the same method of sale, I settled with British Homebuyers - simply because they felt the most credible. The honest appraisal they gave me for my home stood out above everyone else, and they stuck to their word. The sale completed within 9 days from when I originally got in touch, and it couldn't have worked out any better. 5/5 service”

“We were amazed at how quickly British Homebuyers bought our house. Everything was done very quick and we weren’t expecting it so soon. The sale took a total of 14 days from start to finish, they say they can do faster but there were a few hiccups on my part. British Homebuyers took care of everything and I am contempt with their service. Everybody in the team were very helpful and provided us with regular updates. I would definitely recommend British Homebuyers to a friend if they needed a quick hassle free sale.”

“I originally found British Homebuyers website around October last year, and they provided sound advice but I instead opted for trying a local agent. Turns out that was a waste of my time as many months later my house was still not sold. I called British Homebuyers back last month and was put through to the same person (not sure if I can name on here) who handled my case previously, he was extremely helpful and remembered who I was from last time. We decided to go down the cash offer route they offered and it could not have been easier that that. Within a matter of days they had purchased the property and I can finally move on. I don’t know anybody else who has sold a property this way and I know I could probably have got a better price on the open market, but British Homebuyers service worked well for me. Top notch work, service and hassle free!”
