“Very pleased with the products. Items arrived later than expected due to a problem with the order. Brew Mart kept me informed as they were awaiting stock. Missed my husband's birthday so he is now getting it for Christmas.”

“Delivery was very quick - within 48 hours. Slight problem with the delivery address (which could have been partly my fault) which was quickly resolved with my neighbour. The parcel was damaged and had been repaired by the carrier, but 4 out of 4 tins were dented, but fortunately not punctured. Haven't brewed any of them yet! With the demise of Wilko, I intend to continue using Brew Mart in the future.”

Hello, Thank you for your review. I believe we have already discussed this issue and, if I remember correctly, it was a yeast that was lost from the corner of a cardboard box. We are looking into one of two methods to resolve this issue. The first is to attach the yeast to larger items with tape. The second is to put smaller items in a bag or envelope and sellotape it to the inside of the box. We will test these over the next months and see which performs best. Yours, Brew Mart.

“Very helpful. Very good prices. Occasionally items out of stock but hopefully that will be less after the move. Only issue is with delivery people had 2 issues with them out of 4 or 5 orders. Brew mart fair and helpful both times tho.”

“Good quality products despatched super-fast. Excellent service. However, a sliding scale of P&P charges would be more acceptable as £6.99 standard P&P is a little heavy for when only a couple of items are needed.”

“The yeast was despatched promptly by Brew Mart on ordering but Royal Mail took 6 days (8 days including weekend) to deliver. Brew Mart was very helpful in trying to trace the package and keep me updated. Definitely use Brew Mart again but hopefully they could swap courier?”

“Easy order, prompt delivery. Maybe more packaging inside the outer box next time - the box was really battered and clearly hadnt been treated well between Sheffield and arriving at my door. Would use company again and recommend to the recipent of the Christmas present.”
