“Overall i would say that I'm pleased with the product, but also a little disappointed with two things for the cost, but I'll start with the positive. It took a week or so for my order to arrive and it was packaged very professionally, with no way the panels could get scratched, bent or chipped. It was easy to construct and the custom insert for my set fit perfectly. I had opted for the additional printed background, which i didn't realise was actually printed into the back plate. Unfortunately this print has three 2mm imperfections where you can see straight through in places that are obvious, not ideal for a premium product. I also would have liked the option to use the case with and without the print, which was not clear in the options. The second really small issue is how careful you need to be with the screws, don't over tighten at fear of cracking the panel, just a bit of advice. All that said it's an excellent product that has crystal clear, high grade panels that fit together perfectly, and it looks great as a display piece.”

“2nd time ordering from Boxxco and very good quality Lego display cases, no missing or incorrect panels and very well packaged so no damaged panels either. Will definitely keep ordering my display cases from Boxxco, when built the cases lift off the base plate very easily allowing access to my Lego if needed. Delivery was within the 2 weeks stated.”

“Ordered the display case for LEGO® Star Wars™ Mos Eisley Cantina (75290). Good: Pachaging was incredible, could have shipped the explosive Nitroglycerin in it safely :) Not so good: 1) Construction of the display case was too time consuming and there was (it seemed to me) the risk of breaking the edge of one of the parts when attaching the fixings. 2) In one of the packets was a small screwdriver but I did not find that until nearly the end of the build. Bad: 1) The photo of the case on the website showed it with a coloured base and background. I saw on the site that the background was an extra cost (which I paid for) but missed the fact that you also had to pay extra for the coloured base. When I queried this with support they kindly offered to sell me a 'correct' base for £40 but I decided that for about £10 I could get paint and glue and model makers sand and do (I hope) a better base myself. 2) There are a couple of imperfactions in the base, e.g. a couple of holes where the pins for placing minifigures should go. All in all, I am satisfied with what I got, although I think it was a bit expensive, but I will not buy from Boxxco again.”

“Despite several chase,s in regards to a purchase ordered 13th Feb 2024 of 3 display cases, I have now been told, Sorry Machine Broke, then Sorry went to wrong address, then Sorry we are trying to reschedule your Delivery,,,,very poor customer service, and just excuse after excuse and I have now requested a full and immediate refund - Will not procure from this company again.”

“First time Order, Hesitant at first (Like All New Products). I've bought a lot of Display Cases from Another Reputable Manufacturer and was happy with the Quality & Customer service, BUT the Shipping/P&P was ridiculous. Had to find Another Source?? Other Companies Quality & P&P where NOT up to Standard. Then BOXXCO popped up on Facebook advert. Everything seamed ok, one thing that stood out "FREE SHIPPING", Game changer. The 2 week wait counter balances the Free Shipping. Very Happy with the Quality & Workmanship. Happy to do Business Again.”

“Ordered a display case custom made came after 2 weeks not a problem with that as had to be bespoke, turned up without some fittings needed for an event . Made several calls and e mails but customer service said they sent out over a week ago but still nothing, charity event passed and disappointed”
