“From the ease with which you can configure the size of custom cases and the immediate amount that these will cost, to the ordering process and updates regarding the order, Boxxco has to be one of the best online retailers I’ve dealt with. I’ll definitely be using them again for more cases. The fit and quality of the cases is excellent and the fact they supply a small screwdriver with each kit just adds to the overall experience.”

“I purchased the Rivendell display case with the printed back panel and base and it was definitely a wow moment when I put it all together. My order arrived really quickly and it was packaged extremely well. I was unfortunate to have a tiny mark on the printed back panel contacted Boxxco and they immediately wanted to replace the panel. Quality, despatch timeframe & customer service this good I won’t be going anywhere else! If you’re on the fence which company to use trust me they value their customers which is rare nowadays.”

“Arrived much quicker than estimated, just a day late for the date I wanted it for, but not a major issue, Hubby delighted that once he makes his Land Rover he can put it safely away from little fingers and dust”

“I just put the boxes together to realise that one of the lids had a massive crack running down it and when I tried to log into my account to complain it says my credentials aren’t valid anymore ridiculous”

“This is the only place I buy my lego cases from, as they are fantastic, well crafted and come well packed. The delivery service is great aswell. Highly recommend these cases for all your finished lego builds. The Website is so easy to use you can't go wrong.”

“Item was dispatched quickly. Needed to contact customer services as delivery company had left it outside wrong property. The 2 members of staff I spoke to were friendly and dealt with the issue promptly. Fortunately a neighbour dropped item off later in the evening. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much.”

“The acrylic came scratched and cloudy, no where near as clear and see through as the website advised, very limited backround options. Not worth the money and left feeling scammed. DO NOT BUY from boxxco”

As advised by our customer care team, once these have been removed, you will see that the acrylic panels are crystal clear :) We wanted to call to walk you through it via the telephone, but unfortunately, there is no number attached to your account. “Good product although took quite a while to arrive and was unable to resolve an issue with product. I ordered the product 17 May beliving it would take 2 weeks to arrive, but when it didnt arrive by 27 May I called and was advised it took 2 weeks to make and then it would be shipped. When it arrived I realised that the base was not printed, it was matt, and called to ask if this could be swopped over. This was not an option, buying a new base was offered, which I queried and was told I could send the whole product back for a refund and buy a new one. I have sent the whole product back and am awaiting a refund, but am less likley to purchase a new one after spending another £27 on a courier.”

Hi Caroline, Thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry to hear that you are not entirely satisfied with your experience with us here at Boxxco. Looking into this, we can see that your order was dispatched ahead of the estimated lead time of 2 weeks, so we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the delivery time. Regarding the issue with the base, the printed base is an optional extra, which unfortunately was not chosen. We offered to have a made-to-order printed base created at a cost, or you had the option to return the whole case for a full refund. I can see that the item was returned and a full refund has been processed. As a small family-run company, unfortunately, we do not supply shipping labels. This is because if anything is faulty or incorrect we would not expect the items to be returned. However, if the item is non-faulty then the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, I'm afraid. We do hope that your experience does not deter you from ordering with us again, we would be more than happy to assist you with reordering the correct case and base. Many thanks The Boxxco Team
