“Fast prompt delivery with a logical easy ordering process. The box can be a tad fiddly to assemble but all the perspex comes protective lined on both sides, I recommend just peeling only part of this back while assembling to protect against scratches. The box looks brilliant when built and crystal clear, I'm very happy.”

“Bought the 1:8 F1 car display case. Case is great, really clear and high quality. Courier caused an issue with the box, but Boxxco replied quickly and had a full replacement sent the same day. Fantastic customer support.”

“I wanted a display case for my Franklin Mint Monopoly, however given the size when the drawer was open I couldn’t find one anywhere that would accommodate it. I therefore had a case custom made. It arrived in 6 days and is amazing quality, great company.”

“Excellent company, I had a large acrylic case custom built to display my Franklin Mint Monopoly. Given the size it was an expensive purchase, however the 10% discount code they advertise helped with that. Delivered in 6 days and extremely high quality item. We did have some confusion when building it, the instructions could probably be better, other than that extremely happy”

“I offer the low score not out of product quality, but of poor customer service and first time user instruction. I had a couple of emails asking questions before I had even received the item. Post purchase, I had a poor response of a free offer, which I had completed on the order form, but the company said I had not done so. Though they did invite me to pay for it, like the product, there was no stability of customer support, in my opinion.”

Having reviewed the correspondence between you and our team, I can see that you initially reached out regarding duplicate items appearing on your account. You were correctly advised that any duplicate not progressed through to checkout would automatically drop off, allowing you to proceed with the order you wished to keep. After receiving your order, you contacted us to let us know that a personalised sticker appeared to be missing. Unfortunately, the order you completed did not include the sticker, and as our system automatically generates artwork for personalised items at the time of purchase, we were unable to produce or send a free version retrospectively. However, our team did provide you with a link where the sticker can be purchased as a standalone item should you wish to add it in the future. I completely understand how this situation may have been frustrating, and I’m sorry again for any confusion caused. “Would have liked tracked delivery as I was asked to wait in 7am -10pm and it was delivered at 11PM. Apart from that the box itself is brilliant and in my opinion just as good if not slightly better than Wicked Brick. I really liked the quality of the printed back and the little screw driver is pretty cool to keep for future. All in all I like the box.”

“Ordered, confirmed and delivered within a week and that’s to Northern Ireland Packaging perfect and protected the box from damage judging by the rips and holes in it, my parcel had a rough crossing. Anyway, the important bit. This is my 3rd order and as per the previous 2, brilliant quality. I am building the Black Pearl and chose the moonlight backdrop and WOW amazing. Cannot recommend Boxxco high enough”

“It’s my first time on this site, I ordered an Artemis display case and The said it’ll take between 1 to 2 weeks six days later I received it and I was impressed it was packed well and the item was great. Took about an hour to put it together but it was well worth it and the rocket looks great in its case.”
