“Wish I could 0 stars. Finally got a chance to open the package and put my display together and it was missing 4 of the screws. Granted it has been 7 months, but they did not just disappear from inside of the carton. They want me to purchase the replacement parts, which would not be a problem, but freight to the US is $50+. Great customer service Boxxco!!!”

I can see that a gesture of goodwill was offered by one of my colleagues as well as a further discount by my management for the dispatching of fixings. Unfortunately due to high shipping costs and the nature of time since the complaint was brought forward this is all we could offer. “Fantastic display case for the Rivendell set. Order to delivery was a short time-frame, the peices were very well packaged. I have not given 5 stars as the instructions were generic, tiny to read and confusing, but I did figure it out in the end. We love the box and it really makes our Rivehdell the standout showpeice.”
