“I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from Boxraw. The customer service is straight-up trash. I ordered two hoodies — they delivered one and somehow lost the other. I had to keep chasing them down, emailing them multiple times. After nearly 2-3 weeks, they finally replied with a generic “we’re sorry” and some nonsense that didn’t help at all. And this isn’t the first time — it’s the second time they’ve messed up my order. Save your time and money. Boxraw needs to do better.”
